Ok, I’m moving over from this blog, to one that will be easier to remember, don’t worry, just update your links, great things are happening and now you get LARGE pictures. And if you really want to know, there’s a wedding up So that’s enticing…come over to the new one!
After so much enthusiasm, I’m offering a Boudoir Marathon!!
When: February 1st (and possibly the 2nd depending on response)
Where: Hotel in the Burbs; TBD based on the suites; most likely in the Schaumburg area as it’s easy for everyone to get to and parking isn’t a hassle! I’ll probably offer 2 of these a year, one downtown, one in the suburbs so we get a taste of both
Costs: $200 ($75 deposit, the rest due the day of or before)
Now you ask, what does that include?! 2 hours of photography, unlimited outfits, digital files, retouching and special effects AND a 8.5×11 OR 10×10 20-page coffee table book that will have a plain cover (black or brown, you pick!).
You’ll get your previews within 3 weeks. You’ll view them on my private online proofing gallery, give me your favorites and must-have in the albums, I’ll create your custom album and then upload the pictures for your approval. Once you approve, your album will come in a week and your DVD of the digital files will come with it.
I have partnered with Cynthia Sally for makeup on Sunday only (possibly Monday depending on response), she will be on site for a make-up and is running a special! If you use her for your wedding day, this application is FREE! Otherwise, it will cost $50. If you plan on having your makeup done by Cynthia, please come at least an hour early as it will take about 40 minutes.
I know you’re asking for attire questions. Plan on 5-7 looks (or more!); this means if you have just a pair of bottoms that you want to wear but no top, that counts as one; bring any props that you want!
Here are the times that I’m offering (first come first serve basis):
Sunday Feb 1
12:00pm – RESERVED!
2:00pm – Tentatively reserved pending day 2 (Free if day 2 is a go!)
4:00pm – RESERVED!
(tentative Monday Feb 2; need ½ of the times to be filled; will update if we have enough!)
12:00pm – tentatively reserved pending day 2
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for questions or to sign up!
WARNING - I don’t have a buffer between the family pictures and this one! SORRY! So I’ll leave some space if you want to skip but there’s nothing that you wouldn’t find in a catalog below, I chose the tame ones….but trust me, there’s many more good ones! This is just a warning so you can skip if wanted
It was so much fun Nicole! I’m glad you like them!!
Until next time…..next up is a wedding
So what happens when you have 5 little ones? Chaos. It’s inevitable and I was prepared to wait as long as possible, but everyone else wasn’t, especially the little ones!!! But we got some fun ones out of it and some ones that I hope the family will treasure as it’s the great-grandparents and their 5 great-grandchildren! (ok, so my original post said 6, but it’s monday, forgive me!)
Ok, so one was having issues during this one, but I tell you, bribe bribe bribe the kids
Then the 6th got in a good mood and joined the party!
this always happens with families called “no one look at the camera”
We squeezed in some holiday pictures:
I particularly like this one:
We got some of the great-grandparents too!
Hope you enjoyed!
So I started to write this post, who am I kidding, you want the pictures….Congrats Lauren and Josh, hope you had a fabulous honeymoon!
Beautiful cake and topper
Breaking the glass
Pictures were taken just not by me!
I spent a VERY cold morning with Desiree and Shannon shooting their engagement pictures, there was still some green out there though, so it was good! I think I’m still warming up from this session though! Enjoy!
Did I mention they had the cutest giant dog
